Hey Hannah, for the agendas, could you write the agenda up on the board before we start each meeting, you have 19/20 off anyways, right?
ReplyDeleteAnd should we have a serviceship workshop? to recruit and to explain the roles of different departments?
And can we have pre-bible-study bible studies?
oooo! and I was thinking, maybe I can print out an agenda for Wednesdays, which should basically be a simplified MMM, just so everyone knows what's going on? or do you think it's unnecessary?
Yea, I can try getting up the agenda on Sunday and we could talk about the roles during Agape on Wednesday so people can decide if they are interested in it. We can try having pre-bible studies, but we might not have enough time, but we should have them if we plan to have bible study in Agape. Maybe you have something in mind that we can have bible study on if it's just a leadership bible study? And maybe Abi could send out a simplified version of the agenda to everyone in Agape like she did last time.
ReplyDeletesure thing! i shall do that every monday (or really early tuesday mornings... o_O)
ReplyDeleteoh, did you think the printouts I gave you guys were helpful yesternight?
ReplyDeleteAnd for clarification purposes...will Abi also scribe for the meetings now?
maybe our prestudies can be on the blog or on Facebook, I mean, yesterday worked out pretty well, right? LOL
