Winterfaire

Hey Guys forms are due tomorrow

For Mango pudding and coconut jello: Nicole is donating ingredients so if we sell as $1 per piece, profit will be $120

For Hot chocolate and cookies... Not going to work in my opinion
Costco prices online ( don't know if they are cheaper at the store)- Starbucks hot chocolate ( $35 dollars for 112 cups of hot chocolate. $17 for 50 cups ( 100 cups $34) AND also the mix uses milk so it won't be cheap. If we sell at 100 cups at $1.50 per cup with cookies we might not even make $40 dollars profit.

Apple Pie with whipped cream ( I still have to check)

We could always make waffles again... it's a lot of work but it was relatively profitable last time we sold around 93 waffles at around $3( although the price kept changing haha)made $200 profit. If we cut the waffle in half and sell it for $1.50, buy as much ingredients as last time, I think three times as many people will buy it which means a greater profit.

Tell me what you think asap.

  1. Of course this time we will try dividing the labor equally if we do make waffles... and have a measuring cup to pour the batter (for me haha)... and maybe make some before hand and have a toaster oven to put them in...

  3. So at Safeway apple pies are $8... lets say one pie is 12 slices, that is .67 cents a slice, if we sell 120 slices for $1.50, we make $100

  6. If we make a whole bunch in advance and continually heat them up, it would be much better. Also we have to cover the table this time, it was really hard to clean lol. But yea, if you want to make money, the ingrdeients for waffles are the cheapest.

  7. oo cutting the waffles in half is a good idea! will they still taste as good though if we make them in advanced? because that would be more convenient. :)

  8. yeah we could do that. and maybe it would taste the same. hopefully. we can try that this time and maybe waffles can be agape's thing. LOL.

  9. Yeah, I see what Arnrow is saying, because making it in advance might make them soggy. Could we make batter during Agape? just so more of everyone can be involved in some way or another. And is jelly going to be special shaped? and who are making them?
