These are the games we play at church,
Passing the pingpong ball, use long noodles made of foam, I guess
and later ask who's your role in the game, it represents what you are in life, are you the one who's encouraging or the one who blame on others

2. Use peanut butter to smear mirrors and then try to clean it, which talks about reputation, it's easy to ruin but hard to clean.
I forgot the other games but games like these are easy to play and can mean something.
